VIDEO: Rescued Baby Rhino Goes On Dog Walks And Responds To His Name
It’s just another day for these upbeat rescue workers as they take a brisk walk along a trail at the wildlife sanctuary.
But one of their companions has raced ahead of the group at full speed, and they have to call his name — which happens to be Warren — to make sure he doesn’t venture too far.
Except when this little guy turns around? I wasn’t expecting a baby rhino to respond to his own name!
By the looks of it, this little guy is currently enjoying life at Care for Wild Africa: Rhino Sanctuary, which is the largest orphanage in the world for wild animals like Warren. “It is determined to rescue, care, and rehabilitate wildlife that has been injured and/or orphaned.”
If you ask me, the world needs way more rhino videos. Have you seen the one where a caretaker demonstrates the perfect way to scratch them? Or the little girl who went on a walk with a baby rhino who was much larger than her? I can’t get enough of these gentle giants! They’re like adorable mini dinosaurs.
The cutest thing about this video was when the two dogs joined their little walking party. Warren seems pleased as punch to have so many friends with him, and I’m delighted he’s being taken such good care of!
