PETA The End Doesn't Justify The Means
PETA has done some good things, But it does not excuse or Justify away thousands of Dogs and Cats slaughtered by their workers
Fittingly and probably the only honest thing about the "People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA)" is it's headquarters is located on the aptly named "Front" Street.
Reading reports and doing some investigative work the more I learned, the more I thought the actions of PETA is straight out of history... To be more precise, Nazi History.
PETA tells the world the same exact thing the Nazi's told the Jewish people "Come with us, we will protect you from the evil's of the world." And by protecting, they mean KILL YOU. So you'll never again have to be subjected to our cruel, uncaring and unjust world.
Police remove the bodies of 18 dead animals after PETA dumped them illegally. After killing and then dumping the dead bodies of 18 animals, they were arrested.
The PETA employees were charged with 31 felony counts of animal cruelty.
Approximately 2,000 Cats and Dogs a year enter PETA's facility and a vast majority will never see the light of day again.
Huge Font's Don't Tell The Whole Story
Amazingly PETA splashes across their Web page in 50pt baby blue font. "ANIMALS ARE NOT OURS TO EAT, WEAR, EXPERIMENT ON." I assume using those huge fonts they did not have enough room to say. "But they are for slaughter, dumping in plastic bags and cremation.
According to the story "PETA: A Cult-ure of killing" written by Nathan J. Winograd in 2012 People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) impounded 733 Dogs, 1,110 Cats and only 28 were adopted, the other 98% are no longer among us. An astounding 98% of all animals that year entering PETA's facilities never walk out alive.
After PETA's seemingly daily murder spree, the bodies of its innocent victims are stored in a large walk-in freezer until Pet Cremation Services of Tidewater do their weekly visits to dispose of PETA'sa evidence of cruelty.
I am sure the same percentage of animals who escapes PETA's death camp are the same percentage of people aware of what they're $45,000,000 in yearly donations are funding.
Wildlife Planet's story is not the only article you can find online attesting to PETA's inhuman acts against the animals that they supposedly are trying to protect. Various reports online and in court records chronicle PETA's inhuman behavior and their blood lust. One of the best and most detailed is www.petakillsanimals.com
"We just don't have the money to care for them, " PETA co-founder and former chairman Alex Pacheco told the Washington Times. Excuse me? Don't have the money? in 2015 PETA took in $45 million dollars in donations and they are claiming they are broke?
All told roughly 34,000 animals have met their doom on PETA's doorstep since 1998. PETA will claim that they only put down animals that are too far gone. Of cours, that is a lie because according to a local vet who did not know what the PETA's facility truly was, he brought over a mother and two puppies that were brought to him.
Within 10 minutes he was informed by an employee what PETA does with any animal that gets dropped off. He rushed back there but within 15 minutes the healthy mother and the healthy puppies had already been euthanized.
SFGATE reports that Two PETA employees were charged with 31 felony counts of animal cruelty each, after authorities found them dumping the dead bodies of 18 animals they had just picked up from a North Carolina animal shelter into a Dumpster. According to the Associated Press, 13 more dead animals were found in a van registered to PETA.
A 2003 New Yorker profile included PETA President Ingrid Newkirk's story of how she became involved in animal rights after a shelter put down stray kittens she brought there. So she went to work for an animal shelter in the 1970s, where, she explained, "I would go to work early before anyone got there. I would just kill the animals myself. Because I couldn't stand to let them go through (other workers abusing the animals.) I must have killed a thousand of them, sometimes dozens every day."
PETA President Ingrid Newkirk is one sick bitch that is in serious need of medication.
Next time you're writing out a donation check to PETA. How about donating that money to a local no-kill shelter instead. They can sure use that money to take care of the animals they take in.
No-Kill Shelters can use some of those funds to promote an "Adopt Don't Shop" advertising campaign.
While some would argue PETA has done some good things. Their little faux pas should be excused. I am sure Hitler did a few good things in his lifetime as well. It still doesn't take away the fact that he was a mass murdering freak.
I will never believe that "the end justify the means," not when it comes to taking a life.
If you believe otherwise, then you must also be willing to accept people paying money for trophy hunting. How about raising Lions for canned hunting. And of course raising dogs and cats on meat farms so they can be eaten.
