What Marc Ching Wrote On His Facebook Posts And What He Said In An Interview Don't Match The Facts And When He Did Say The Exact Same Thing As He Wrote, It Was A Total Lie When Placed Side By Side With The Facts.
I Could Have Spent Two Weeks Chronicling Marc Ching Lies, But We Hope We Placed Enough Of Them On This Page To Show You What Marc Ching Truly Is.
Marc Ching Still Claims To Have 'Rescued' 1000 Dogs, But At Most It's Just Word Play, That Is Meant To Fool People Into Handing Over The Contents Of Their Wallets To His Animal Hope And Wellness Foundation.
Marc Ching's Definition Of "Rescue" Is - Pay For The Dog They Are Officially 'Rescued' After That, Whatever Happens, Happens Because They Should Have Died Anyway.
I Just Want To Point Out Marc Ching Loves Using "Truth" Or #Truth In His Post, Sometimes Going As Far As Saying "And That's The Truth" It's Hard To Believe That He Even Lies On His Hashtags.

I never went to yulin to buy dogs?
From: Marc Ching : Susan Campbell <firstname.lastname@example.org>
June 1, 2016 (20 Days From The Start of Yulin)
I need help. In Yulin, I am going on a frontal assault.
Shutting down slaughterhouses. Shutting down restaurants. I will be rescuing what I assume will exceed far over a hundred dogs. Said the same words on Panel #2
In Interview He Claims his goal was to reduce the dog inventory, so people coming would be disappointed, Inventory = No Dogs
VERDICT: MARC CHING LIED
Clearly, he had every intention of rescuing dogs, and his calls for help, the emails and the building of Nanning all done within 30 days of Yulin, clearly shows he lied. Marc Ching also tried to attribute the hundreds of deaths, bad planning on everyone else.
Marc Ching Blamed The Failed Rescue on Everyone else

Two of the biggest organizations agreed to take dogs, even after knowing Marc Ching would be buying them.
THE VERDICT: MARC CHING LIED
Marc Ching knew, before Yulin, that he had no help, But he was still going ahead hoping for the best, because he desperately wanted to be historic and he already had reporters with pre-written stories all set to go and just waiting for him to call with exact numbers.
Did Marc Ching Close Down SIX Slaughterhouses
Marc Ching Claimed to Shut down 6 slaughterhouses (In an original post on his site he claimed to have shut down 10 slaughterhouses)

Where were The Dogs Brought?
9/27 - Panel #10 (Daily Mail Article)
FROM THE DAILY MAIL : 17:37 EST, 26 November 2016
THE DAILY MAIL article source named Sarah was indeed spot on with her statements that at least 700 dogs was sent to The Tree of Life. Marc Ching accused Deborah Hall of being Sarah, but has shown no proof (even in the lawsuit) and sued this voluntarily, for telling the truth.
Valarie Ianniello the Executive Director of Animal Hope and Wellness clearly confirms 'Sarah' story since she freely admitted while begging Jeffrey Beri for help that '600 not 400' dogs went to the monks. Her count maybe, because she may not have gotten an official count or thought the others were going north. Never-the-less she completely shoots down Marc Ching's claim that only 450 were sent to the Tree of life
VERDICT: MARC CHING LIED
We will have to concede the 1,000 dogs, since most say it was in that range, but I believe the numbers work better and be more logical if the number of dogs was dropped to around 900. But, the question is, were they split up as Marc Ching claimed, and the answer is no.
Valarie called Jeffrey Beri at his home in California after Marc Ching departed on June 24th so there is no possible way there were 400 dogs at Tree of Life if as Marc Ching claims.
How many Dogs Were Actually Rescued and How many Died?
VERDICT: MARC CHING GUILTY
Ching at first said he believed only a third of the dogs died, later revising that estimate to less than one half. But he has since returned to the 25%-33% range which is plain ridiculous.
Tree of Life
Buddhist Philosophy of "Letting Nature Take It's Course"
Monks negotiated with the slaughterhouse.
Marc claimed to have spent at least 2 hours with the monks that night, again it's is confirmed for the same reason I wrote previously. But in two hours talking to the Monks, Marc Ching failed to ask any one, the most basic questions, knowing he just struck a deal for the Monks to take 700 dogs?
Asking any one of these questions would have given him the monks philosophy of "We do not treat animals, we just let nature take its course
VERDICT: MARC CHING IS GUILTY ON ALL THREE COUNTS
It is impossible that Marc Ching could not have known what the Buddhist Philosophy was. Thailand and Cambodia are roughly 90 to95% Buddhism, and China has over 100 million practicing Buddhist, but even if you give Marc Ching the benefit of the doubt, ignore the three witnesses, there is no getting around the fact that Marc Ching spent 2 hours in the hotel negotiating a deal with the Monks and treatment and/or medical supplies would have come up.
Valerie's tape confirms the Monks were paid, under the guise of 'payment for the vets' and that Marc Ching flat out Lied when he repeatedly stated on many occasions that they had vets in place.
What Made Him Leave Early? Busy? Or PTSD?
Asked why he returned to the US so soon after the rescue, when the fate of so many dogs was in the balance, he says, “emotionally I was unfit. It was [the effect of] having to watch all these dogs in distress. It is heartbreaking. Some people are strong and can do that and some people are not, and that’s me.”
In a separate interview, Ching’s assistant, Ianniello, says she believes he suffered post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) brought on by his rescues in Asia.
“With PTSD you keep reliving the moment,” she says. “You relive it because you hope that if you can figure out how it happened you can change it. He has to continue to suffer because they are still suffering.”
VERDICT: MARC CHING GUILTY
We are gonna have to call Bullshit on this one!
Marc Ching, How Low Will He Go For A Donation
Soi Dog founded in 2003 by Margot Homburg Park and John and Gill Dalley. John and Gill are two of the most respected people in our community. Sadly Gill recently passed away and she will forever be missed.
John Dalley has told me that he is worried about Marc Ching's methods, like dog buying and enriching slaughterhouses all across southeast Asia.
Concerns over Ching’s tactics surfaced three months before the Yulin rescue when he visited the Soi Dog Foundation in Phuket, Thailand, and took a dog with severed paws for adoption in the US. He later claimed on his website he had rescued the animal from the dog meat trade. I believe the dog's name was Roxy, I am waiting confirmation from John Dalley because Marc Ching changed the name.
Jeffrey Beri (Lawsuit) Real or Fraudulent?
The lawsuit comes down to one thing and that is the $148,000 it's as simple as that.
We have done more reporting on Marc Ching's lawsuit against Jeffrey Beri on These 3 Stories
The Yulin 2016 Rescue was all Marc Ching's idea. so think about this...
There are some facts to back this up, but this is my hypothetical story.
A guy named JB was treating rescued dogs great and the business owner and publicity whore MC most likely thought the dogs wasn't worth the cost, because he already had his big press day and wasn't going to get anymore press releases, or donations out of this rescue. So he wanted to send the dogs JB had to a less healthy environment, JB refused and MC cut off all funding.
But JB still refused to leave and spent $50,000 of his own money and saved the dogs. So what was MC's real motivation? Criminals don't give receipts and since everyone knows MC uses criminals to get him into places he is not allowed to go, well that's a lot of money that won't have IRS receipts. Add in he paid for dogs and pretty soon you're down $100.000 dollars.
According to our research the last time MC filed his IRS non-profit 990 form was for fiscal year 2014. So what happens if the IRS decides to come looking for where MC spent hundreds of thousands of donor money?
Well you blame someone for theft, put out a fake lawsuit and as evidence show a tweet of JB doing something silly and then claim he stole $148,000 and the IRS needs to take a sit and wait approach.
Or the other story JB took the money and then lived for 7 months in a hellhole like china bringing 120 dogs back to health. On top going months without seeing his wife, his kids, pets and friends and get attacked by Marc Ching's vanishing Cult... which sounds more realistic?
Filing a civil suit does not mean you have a case, all it means is you had the money to file, that is all. Marc Ching can't go into court and testify with so many lies on his record and then claim "Yea I lied all those times... But now I am telling the truth"
The last Word
The lawsuit claims Beri didn't steal the money he just spent it unwisely and I got a hold of a letter that Marc Ching sent Beri and I will show you a small part of it.
This email proves Marc Ching gave Jeffrey Beri permission to spend the money any way he saw fit, so that makes any claim that Jeffrey Beri 'Overspent' or 'Mishandled' money now moot, and with that comes a NOT GUILTY verdict!
PS It is not your [Marc Ching] money, it's the donors' money and I am sure many would be pretty pissed if they worked all week just to send AHWF their money.... and then you took their money and gave a paid vacation to a slaughtering dog killer. Way to go moron!!!
While Marc Ching was sunbathing on a beach in Hawaii, Deborah hall was in China, spending her own money, taking time away from a normal life to spend months in that living hell rescuing Marc Ching's dogs and how was she rewarded? With a lawsuit because she dared to say something about the egomaniac Marc Ching and OMG after months working together, she became friends with Jeffrey Beri... How dare she
Deborah Hall is a kind-hearted volunteer who was this years Davey's Voice International Emissary and they rewarded with a no paid expense vacation to hell.
According to Davey's Voice, Deborah traveled to Yulin and help with the emergency rescues and of course aiding activists such as Marc Ching of The Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation.
Deborah spent weeks of wonderful, unpaid, up to her elbow's in slaughtered dog guts, working tirelessly to help sick and traumatized animals and witnessing horrors you can't even imagine.
As far as I know Marc Ching and his little army of Trolls got her excommunicated from the foundation. I haven't yet confirmed it, but when I do Davey's Voice is going to be visiting Davy Jones Locker real soon.
Marc Ching the second coming of L. Ron Hubbard goes after this poor woman, who only wanted to help the dogs, and who gave Marc Ching month's worth of loyalty and unlike the Yulin butchers, she had to pay her own way, all because she wanted to save Marc Ching's dogs.
So what crime, what deed, could have warranted the hateful vengeance from Marc Ching's Trolls? Take a look
